one who submits to the will of god (one who practices the nam-jap: recitation of his name) attains (liberation from the worldly bindings, the soul gets peace, his cycle of birth and death ends)
mann parwar sa dhaar.
one with faith in god, reforms (redeems) his family, fellow beings also.
mann tar taar ghur sikh.
the gur-sikh (guru-oriented person) swims away across the worldly-ocean and also, takes others along with him (lives his life successfully and as well, makes others do so)
mann nanak phaw na phikh.
nanak, one with faith in the lord does not go about begging (becomes content, is no more a slave of his desires)
asa naam niranjhan ho.
such is (the powerful, full of miracles) the name of god,
jhe ko mann jhan man ko.
if in the mind, someone has faith in the lord' s name
dyhaanguru is great.
