BUTTER CHICKEN recipe is made up of boneless chicken in tomato gravy with butter and cream. very tasty and easy to make butter chicken
Ingredients-
boneless chicken- 200 gms
tomatoes- 3
onions- 2 roughly chopped
curd- 100gms
cream- 2 tbsp
butter as much we want
garlic ginger paste - 2 tsp
coriender- 2 tbsp
turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
kashmiri red chilli powder- 3.5 tsp
garam masala powder- 1 tsp
whole spices- bay leaves- 2,
cinamon- 1 inch,
black cardamom- 1
green cardamom- 3
cloves- 2
black pepper corn- 2
salt as per taste

.Method-
Marinate chicken with curd,1 tsp garlic,ginger paste, ¼ tsp turmeric powder,1.5 tsp red chilli powder½ tsp garam masala powder, salt and ½ lime juice. Mix well add chicken boneless pieces and keep for 2 hours in refrigirator.
For puree- boil tomatoes, once boil, blend and then strain to remove its seeds. Tomato puree is ready.
After 2 hours of marination, fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil and 2 tsp butter , on low to medium flame,flip after 10 mins and fry from other side . once chicken is cooked, cook of high flame to reduce gravy and become dry.keep aside .
In another pan,heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil, fry onion till golden brown, once onion is fried, grind into fine paste. In same pan,add whole spicecs,then add onion paste, saute for a min. then add garlic,ginger paste. Saute for a min. add tomato puree, stir . then add ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp red chilli powder, salt as per taste. And stir and cook for 10 mins on low flame by covering with lid. After 10 mins, add fry chicken, garam masala powder,sugar and fresh cream. Mix well.cook for 5 min. garnish with coriender. Serve hot with roti or naan.
