Roasted vegetables are always a great side dish to go with any grilled or baked meat dishes. Today I roasted some broccoli and asparagus. There are many different types of vegetables that you can roast, and I will post videos of those in the future. These veggies get nice and crispy in the oven and are were the perfect side dish for my roasted pork chops; they would also go well with the baked chicken I have on my channel too.
Ingredients and Measurements:
1 lb. broccoli florets
1 lb. asparagus spears
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
olive oil
scallions to garnish (optional)
