Basmati rice - 1 cup
salt. 1 tsp
cooking oil. 2 tbs + 1 tsp
garlic. 8 to 10
onion. 1/2 cup
carrot. 1/2 cup
beans. 1/2 cup
sweet corn. 1/2 cup
green capsicum 1/4th cup
yellow capsicum 1/4th cup
Red capsicum. 1/4 th cup
(colourful capsicum are optional)
Soya sauce. 1 tsp
tomato sauce. 1 tsp
vinegar. 1 tsp
chilli sauce. 1 tsp
schezwan sauce 2 tabke spoon
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Spring onion or coriander leaf for garnishing.
