Follow me on: Facebook page: Suha's Dishes YouTube channel: Suha's Dishes Instagram account: Suha's Dishes مقادير السفوف: 2 كوب (260 غرام) طحين لجميع الاستعمالات 2 كوب (340 غرام) سميدة ناعمة (طحين فرخة) 2 كوب (400 غرام) سكر ابيض عادي 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة ملح 1 ملعقة صغيرة يانسون مطحون 2 ملعقة صغيرة كركم (عقدة صفرا) 1 ملعقة طعام باكنغ باودر 2 كوب (480 مل) ماء بحرارة الغرفة 1 كوب (240 مل) زيت نباتي 1/3 كوب (50 غرام ) صنوبر محمص او 1/2 كوب (60 غرام) جوز مفروم (عين الجمل) صينية مستطيلة 9 × 13 انش او 23 × 33 سم حرارة الفرن 400 F او 200 C لمدة نصف ساعة على الرف الوسط. Sfouf ingredients: 2 cups (260 g) all_purpose flour 2 cups (340 g) fine semolina 2 cups (400 g) white sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp ground anise 2 tsp turmeric 1 tbsp baking powder 2 cups (480 ml) water (room temperature) 1 cup (240 ml) vegetable or canola oil 1/3 cup (50 g) roasted pine nuts or 1/2 cup (60 g) chopped walnuts 🌹Instructions🌹 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200  degrees C) with the oven rack in the center of the oven. Grease a 9 by 13 inch (23 by 33 cm) baking pan with cooking spray, and place a parchment paper in the bottom of the pan. Spray the parchment paper and flour the entire inside of the pan. Dust with flour, tapping out the excess. 2. In a large mixing bowl, place the sugar, semolina, salt, and ground anise. Sift in the flour, turmeric, and baking powder. Whisk  until well combined. 3. Pour in oil and water. Mix all ingredients together with the wire whisk until well incorporated. 4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then top it with roasted pine nuts or chopped walnuts and bake on the center rack for 30 minutes. Let cool in the pan completely.
