The man in uniform is not police. they are municipal official there duty is to take care of cleanness and order on the footpath (take care by law not to clean it by themself). You can see the difference between police and municipal official by look on there rank on the shoulder. police have sliver color rank and municipal official have gold color rank . ... 2

2. Is there a shooting range for tourists?
All your cleaning supplies for taking a dump. Some dude wipes, some half sheets of paper towel and some toilet paper inside of a Ziploc freezer bag. And maybe a couple (handkerchiefs multipurpose)
You can get a handkerchief wet and tie it around your neck or around your forehead or just wipe your face with a wet rag, ring it out and hang it on the outside of your bag to dry .
But I think I’ll stick to a backpack .
I hear the poop kit is essential in Southeast Asia.
