Lip smacking chicken tikka masala in Ninja Foodi. Easy recipe with amazing results! A must try.
The recipe is for 1-1/2 lbs boneless chicken thighs. First marinate the chicken in yogurt, spices, ginger and garlic for at least one hour. Then broil the chicken in the air fryer basket for 25-30 minutes, flipping mid way. Take out the basket. In the main pot add onions, sauté for few minutes. Next add ginger, garlic, spices, canned crushed tomatoes in sauce and chicken broth. Pressure cook for 5 minutes. Add the broiled chicken. Add heavy whipping cream and let it simmer for some time. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy and naan or rice!
