Deer Park,Tx.- Difficult arrest-Live PD Patrol w/David

I got on scene as this was wrapping up. I have to admit Officers did a good job dealing with a difficult Perp that didn’t want to be put in the patrol car. I did not get my camera running quick enough to capture it all but caught the aftermath.
