Milo Ice Cream Candy With Magic Shell Ingredient 1 pack (250ml) All-Purpose Cream , Chilled Overnight 1/2 cup Condensed Milk 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk 2 sachet (24g) Milo 6 sachet (35g) Dark Chocolate, chopped Procedure 1. In a bowl beat chilled all-purpose cream over high speed until it double in volume. Add condensed milk. evaporated milk. Beat again. Add 2 sachet of milo and beat until well combined to the cream. Set aside. 2. Placed chopped dark chocolate on a bowl. Put the bowl on top of a pot with simmering water. Stir chocolate when it's starting to melt. Stir until smooth. Let it cool for a bit, then put in a piping bag. 3. Pipe melted chocolate into the ice candy bag. Spread melted chocolate into the ice candy bag then pour the milo mixture into it. Twist the remaining plastic and tie tightly. Freeze in the ref until frozen.
