For this craft you will need: 2 Paper Plates (cake size) + another one to put your paints on Construction Paper Paints or anything to decorate your creation (you can use crayons or markers) Glue Cheerios or any other round/colorful treat to use for decoration Paint Brush Scissors Googly Eyes (Optional) Disclaimer: I did not come up with this concept.
