Today i am sharing the recipe of DABELI with you all....it is a very famous and tasty street food of Mumbai & Gujarat.
Dabeli is very easy to make.
Here you can learn how to make tasty dabeli at home in a very easy way.

INGREDIENTS
FOR DABELI MASALA
2 tsp coriander seeds(sabut dhaniya)
3-4 dry red chillies
1 bay leaf (tej patta)
3-4 black pepper seeds (kali mirch)
2-3 cloves (laung)
1 small cinnamon stick (daalchini)
1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
1 tsp cumin seeds ( jeera)
FOR DABELI STUFFING
2 tbsp oil/ghee
1 tsp cumin seeds( jeera)
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 medium size chopped onion
2 chopped green chilli
Salt as per your taste
3-4 medium size boiled potato
2 tbsp sweet tamarind(imli) chutney (optional)
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp coconut powder
some grated paneer
some roasted peanuts
some fresh coriander leaves( dhaniya patti)
SERVING
3-4 pav
2 tsp butter
some green coriander chutney
some sweet tamarind chutney
some coconut powder
some grated paneer
some roasted peanuts
some chopped onion
some bikaneri sev
some fresh coriander leaves
